1. Shipping Information

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
    Delivery Time = Processing Time 2 - 5 days + Shipping Time
  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 4 hours after being placed.
  • The above time frame is applied with standard shipping methods.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer worldwide shipping with estimated delivery times as follows:

Please note:

  1. More than 97% of packages will arrive on schedule. However, there are occasional instances where a delay in delivery time is caused by severe weather conditions, foreign customs, or an incorrect address. Do not hesitate to contact us if you find yourself in this situation.
  2. Send your request to the Modify or Cancel Order Center if you'd like express shipping.
  3. For modification orders, the production time is expanded 1-2 days.  
  4. For orders delivered at the PO box, please include the zip code plus 4 or 5-digit in your order shipping address.
  5. A tracking will be emailed to your email when your order is prepared to be dispatched so you can track it all the way to your house.
  6. Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

  7. Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us.

Most packages (97%) arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date, possible reasons for late delivery include the following:

  • Incorrect address
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs procedures

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
  • These charges are determined by your country’s customs policies and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing an order.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
  • Certain remote locations may experience longer delivery times.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
  • If your package is lost during transit, please contact us at support@handpressednails.com for assistance.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.
